Common questions
What is a credit?
Credits track what each reply costs to generate. A typical reply uses 1–2 credits on economy models (Claude Haiku, GPT-6 Luna), about 4–5 on standard models (Claude Sonnet, GPT-6.1 Sol), and about 8 on premium (Claude Opus). Short answers use fewer. Credits reset monthly.
What AI models can I use?
Free, Starter and Growth use economy models (Claude Haiku, GPT-6 Luna), which handle most website questions well. Pro adds standard models (Claude Sonnet, GPT-6.1 Sol). Agency unlocks every model, including Claude Opus.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your widget shows a friendly message until your credits reset next month. You can buy one-time top-ups anytime (1,000 for $10, 5,000 for $45, 15,000 for $120). They never expire and are used only after your monthly credits.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — yearly plans cost 10 months' price for 12 months (two months free). You can switch between monthly and yearly in Settings.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Can I add more agents without upgrading?
Yes. Every paid plan can add extra agents for a monthly fee ($15 on Starter, $15 on Growth, $12 on Pro, $9 on Agency). Extra agents share your plan's credits.
How big can my knowledge base be?
Each plan has a generous size limit (see above) that fits a typical business website many times over. It's there to stop abuse, not to ration normal use. The Knowledge page shows how much you've used.
