Will it work on product and checkout pages?
It appears on every page that uses your theme, including product and collection pages. Shopify's checkout pages don't load theme code, so the chat isn't shown there.
Does it slow down my store?
The widget loads asynchronously after your page, so it doesn't hold up your store's content.
What does the chatbot know?
Bubagent reads your website's pages (and anything you add: FAQs, PDFs, Q&A) and answers visitors from that content. It re-reads your site every week so answers stay current.
What if it doesn't know an answer?
It says so and points the visitor to your contact details instead of guessing, and the question shows up on your Unanswered page so you can add the answer once.
