Step by step

In Squarespace, open Settings → Advanced → Code Injection (or search "Code Injection" in the panel).

Questions
Can I show it on only some pages?
Yes. Instead of site-wide code injection, use a page's own settings (gear icon → Advanced) to add the code to that page only.
My plan doesn't have Code Injection. What can I do?
Code injection is part of Squarespace's Core plan and above. Upgrading your Squarespace plan is the only supported way to add a third-party chat widget.
What does the chatbot know?
Bubagent reads your website's pages (and anything you add: FAQs, PDFs, Q&A) and answers visitors from that content. It re-reads your site every week so answers stay current.
What if it doesn't know an answer?
It says so and points the visitor to your contact details instead of guessing, and the question shows up on your Unanswered page so you can add the answer once.
