Step by step

    In Webflow, open Site settings → Custom code.

    Paste your Bubagent embed code into Footer code and click Save.

Why don't I see it in the Designer?

Site-wide custom code runs on your published site, not in the Designer canvas. Publish and open your live site.

What does the chatbot know?

Bubagent reads your website's pages (and anything you add: FAQs, PDFs, Q&A) and answers visitors from that content. It re-reads your site every week so answers stay current.

What if it doesn't know an answer?

It says so and points the visitor to your contact details instead of guessing, and the question shows up on your Unanswered page so you can add the answer once.
