Do I need Wix Velo or coding?
No. You paste one line into Wix's Custom Code setting; nothing else changes on your site.
Why don't I see the chat in the Wix editor?
Custom code only runs on your published site. Open your live site to see the chat bubble.
What does the chatbot know?
Bubagent reads your website's pages (and anything you add: FAQs, PDFs, Q&A) and answers visitors from that content. It re-reads your site every week so answers stay current.
What if it doesn't know an answer?
It says so and points the visitor to your contact details instead of guessing, and the question shows up on your Unanswered page so you can add the answer once.
