In your Bubagent dashboard, open your agent and download the WordPress plugin.

In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, then Activate.

Questions
Do I need to edit my theme?
No. The plugin adds the chat widget to every page for you, and keeps working when you change themes.
Can I hide the chat while I'm logged in?
Yes. Tick "Hide the chat widget for logged-in administrators" in Settings → Bubagent.
What does the chatbot know?
Bubagent reads your website's pages (and anything you add: FAQs, PDFs, Q&A) and answers visitors from that content. It re-reads your site every week so answers stay current.
What if it doesn't know an answer?
It says so and points the visitor to your contact details instead of guessing, and the question shows up on your Unanswered page so you can add the answer once.
